THE STORY OF F.ACTIVEWEAR - WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
My name is Farah, I am 24 years old and I am a lawyer by training. During my student years, I did various odd jobs, but the last one deeply marked me: I worked in a gym. At first, it was just another job... until the day Allah invited me to His sacred House, in Arabia. This trip changed my life.
Upon my return to France, I made a choice: to keep my veil, out of respect, love, and gratitude. And it was precisely when I returned to the gym, veiled, that I realized a problem that many Muslim women know too well: the dire lack of modest, suitable, comfortable, and lawful sportswear.
No brand seemed to truly think of us.
No outfit allowed us to work out peacefully, without compromising our values.
No alternative to tight leggings, pants, and sports bras that have become the norm.
So, for over a year, I nurtured an idea. A bold, necessary, urgent idea.
To create an outfit that respects modesty, that is comfortable, lawful, and in which every Muslim woman feels good, strong, and aligned with her faith.
AN IDEA BORN FROM A NEED, A RESPONSIBILITY
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Your body has a right over you."

These words deeply moved me.
Taking care of oneself is not a luxury.
It is an amanah, a responsibility.
Thus was born LA SPRINTEUSE, the first F.ACTIVEWEAR outfit:
from a need, a desire to assert oneself, and the quest for barakah — because without it, we are nothing.
A BRAND BUT ABOVE ALL A MESSAGE
F.ACTIVEWEAR is much more than a brand.
It's a commitment.

This is the message I would like to convey to every Muslim woman:

Your veil is not a hindrance. It is a conscious, clear, and proud choice.
In a society where clothes are becoming tighter, shorter, and more transparent, it can seem difficult to find one's place... but your place exists.
You have the right to be athletic.
The right to be modest.
The right to be you.
MODEST SPORTSWEAR: A FREEDOM, NOT A LIMIT!
At what point did we stop joining sports clubs, playing team sports? When did we stop going to the gym or running outdoors, simply because the lack of suitable clothing options — or the choice to wear the veil — made us feel restricted?
Every woman should be free to wear what she feels comfortable in.
What matters is that you feel good, yourself, and aligned with your faith.
This is the freedom that F.ACTIVEWEAR wants to offer.
